You will be able to pick up your bib and race packet at the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village, set up at GreenPea (via E. Fenoglietti 20 - Turin), on the following days and times:

- Thursday, November 28 - 2:30 to 8:00 p.m.

- Friday, November 29 - 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Saturday, November 30 - 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Torino City Marathon GreePea Village can be reached by own means, or through the use of public transportation:

By regulation, there is a bib pick-up on Sunday morning in Castello Square, from 6:50 am only and exclusively for those coming from medium distances.

WARNING: We strongly advise, in order to avoid possible complications, to pick up the bib on the days when the Village is open, or delegate a trusted person to do the pickup in your place.

Should you find yourself unavailable to pick up your bib in person, you may appoint a trusted person to do so in your place. To do this, the person will need to submit either the completed proxy or the confirmation email containing your assigned bib number.

To be environmentally friendly, we ask wherever possible to submit it in digital format, viewable through your smartphone device.

At the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village you will pick up your race kit. Inside the

envelope you will find:

• The Bib provided with a disposable chip, already placed (we recommend that you do not remove or tamper with it);

• the bag deposit coupon on which the number corresponding to your bib is listed

• 4 safety pins.

At the same time as collecting your bib you will be able to pick up your race packet and the official technical T-shirt of the event. You will need to present your bib envelope to pick it up.

During registration you declared your personal best over the marathon distance. On your bib you will find two color bands marking the grid you will be able to access, also distinguished by the corresponding bib range. Access to the grids can be made from 8:00 am.

All services included in the membership are located on Castle Square and are detailed as follows:

- Changing rooms

- Sanitation

- Track showers

- Storage of bags

- Final refreshment

- Advanced Medical Station

- Awards area

The various services will be activated gradually from 7:00 am.

Along the race route you will be able to find 8 refreshment points broken down as follows:

Refreshments: 5th Km - 10th Km - 15th Km - 20th Km - 25th Km - 30th Km - 35th Km -.

40th km

The 5th km and 10th km stations will be equipped with water, from the 15th km

forward will also feature supplements and solid foods (cookies, wafers,

fruit).

Basic Rescue Means will be present at the refreshment points,

equipped with AEDs and medical personnel.

Registered athletes will be able to use the service. The vehicle where you can deposit your refreshment is located on Via Roma - corner of Piazza Castello, a few meters from the start.

Service hours: 7:30 to 8:00 am.

On the obligatory prescription of the Turin Municipal Police, two additional time gates have been inserted beyond which you will have to leave the competitive race, lower your race bib and continue respecting the traffic code.

Time gate at 21.097 km - passage by 11:18 a.m.

The prescription imposed is quoted in full for full knowledge:

"As per the prescriptions, the organizer shall set up, in Zara Square near the 34th kilometer, or in Marinai d'Italia Avenue near the 37th kilometer, a so-called "time gate" for the off-route placement of competitors transiting out of maximum time related to the kilometer reached and the official race schedule.

In addition, in Viale Boiardo - Viale Marinai d'Italia, organization personnel shall still indicate to out-of-race competitors the easiest pedestrian route that does not affect the carriageways of the ordinary road system.

In any case, the organizer will have to include in the event regulations the indication about the behavior that the participants will have to keep if they are still on the route beyond the maximum time referred to the kilometer transit according to the time table provided by the organizer or the placement out of the race and out of the roadway with the obligation to respect the provisions of the Highway Code by walking through the spaces reserved for pedestrian transit.

Athletes referenced by the organizer who will cover the entire distance of 42 kilometers at the constant pace corresponding to the maximum time must be clearly and unmistakably identifiable by means of suitable instruments indicating the relevant maximum time/rhythm (e.g., balloons)."

Each bib is already equipped with a disposable chip, provided by Evodata. The following times will be recorded:

In the immediate vicinity of the bag depot you will find locker rooms and the shower track reserved for athletes registered for the Torino City Marathon and Torino City Half Marathon

Once you cross the finish line you will find the staff of the organization ready to welcome you and hand you the official medal of the event.

When the race is over, you will be able to log on to the Endu.net website and view the rankings. Clicking on your callsign will open the page dedicated to you, from which you can download the official diploma.

The photo shoot is contracted to Getpica. Using the code you will find on the bib envelope or placed on the sides of your bib, you can view your personal photos and decide to purchase them.
