You will be able to pick up your bib and race packet at the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village, set up at GreenPea (via E. Fenoglietti 20 - Turin), on the following days and times:

- Thursday, November 28 - 2:30 to 8:00 p.m.

- Friday, November 29 - 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Saturday, November 30 - 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Torino City Marathon GreePea Village can be reached by own means, or through the use of public transportation:

By regulation, there is a bib delivery on Sunday morning at the start area from 7:30 a.m. only and exclusively for those coming from medium distances.

WARNING: We strongly advise, in order to avoid possible and safe complications, to pick up your bib on Village open days, or delegate a trusted person to do the pickup in your place.

Should you find yourself unavailable to pick up your bib in person, you may appoint a trusted person to do so in your place. To do this, the person will need to submit either the completed proxy or the confirmation email containing your assigned bib number.

To be environmentally friendly, we ask wherever possible to submit it in digital format, viewable through your smartphone device.

At the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village you will pick up your race kit. Inside the

envelope you will find:

• The Bib provided with a disposable chip, already placed (we recommend that you do not remove or tamper with it);

• the bag deposit coupon on which the number corresponding to your bib is listed

• 4 safety pins.

At the same time that you pick up your bib, you will be able to pick up your race packet and the event's official technical T-shirt. To collect it you will have to present the bib envelope. At the same time as collecting your bib, you will receive the KING bib bag to be used for bag storage and transport (remember to insert the coupon corresponding to your bib in the transparent notch provided). 

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be allowed to use any other bag other than the one given at gadget pickup!

The organization has provided you with a shuttle BUS service that you will find in Piazza Solferino, operating from 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., which you can access by showing the confirmation email containing your bib number (also in digital form).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to comply with the requirements given by the Turin Municipal Police, shuttles must strictly leave between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. once maximum capacity is reached.

N.B. Shuttle BUSES are for the exclusive use of athletes; chaperones may not use the service.

Once you take the shuttle and arrive in the City of Beinasco, you can go to the gymnasium where the reception facilities (restrooms, locker rooms, etc.) have been set up.

At the same time that you pick up your bib, you will receive the KING-labeled bag to be used for bag storage and transport (remember to insert the coupon corresponding to your bib in the transparent notch provided). 

Near the departure on Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII you will find special GIMAX vehicles on which you can leave the bag containing your personal belongings. The vehicles will leave by 9:15 a.m.

At the conclusion of the race, you will be able to pick up your bag in the area corresponding to the half marathon bag storage.

During registration you declared your personal best over the marathon distance. On your bib you will find two color bands marking the grid you will be able to access, also distinguished by the corresponding bib range. Access to the grids can be made from 8:30 am.

All services included in the membership are located on Castle Square and are detailed as follows:

- Changing rooms

- Sanitation

- Track showers

- Storage of bags

- Final refreshment

- Advanced Medical Station

- Awards area

The various services will be activated gradually from 7:00 am.

Along the race route you will be able to find 8 refreshment points and 7 sponging points

broken down as follows:

Refreshments: 5th km - 10th km - 15th km - 20th km

The stations will be equipped with water, supplements and solid food (such as cookies, wafers,

fruit, etc.).

Basic Rescue Means, equipped with AEDs and medical personnel, will be present at the refreshment points.

To make sure you finish the event in the set time, you can take advantage of the pacer service. The prearranged times are:

Each bib is already equipped with a disposable chip, provided by Evodata. The following times will be recorded:

- Real time

Based on the official time, the rankings useful for winning the prize money will be prepared. In the immediate vicinity of the finish line  will be a totem on which you will find Qr-codes: by framing it with your smartphone you will be able to consult the rankings in real time. In case you find errors, you can go to the Timekeeping and GGG point, located at the finish line, and report the anomaly (Not valid for the tourist sports section).

In the immediate vicinity of the bag depot you will find locker rooms and the shower track reserved for athletes registered for the Torino City Marathon and Torino City Half Marathon

Once you cross the finish line you will find the staff of the organization ready to welcome you and hand you the official medal of the event.

When the race is over, you will be able to log on to the Endu.net website and view the rankings. Clicking on your callsign will open the page dedicated to you, from which you can download the official diploma.

The photo shoot is contracted to Getpica. Using the code you will find on the bib envelope or placed on the sides of your bib, you can view your personal photos and decide to purchase them.
